Sp. Braga formalized the departure of Vitinia to Marseille for 32 million euros.

“SPORTING CLUBE DE BRAGA – FUTEBOL, SAD, under the conditions and for the purposes of compliance with the obligation to inform deriving from the provisions of Article 29-Q of the Code of Securities, informs the market that it has reached OLYMPIQUE DE MARSEILLE SASP for the permanent transfer of player VITOR MANUEL CARVALHO DE OLIVEIRA (“Vitinha”), for the amount of €32,000,000.00 (thirty-two million euros), of which €25,000,000.00 (twenty-two five million euros) corresponds to the fixed amount and the balance to the maximum amount to be paid as conditional amounts (bonus), however, the payment of the minimum amount of €7,000,000.00 (seven million euros) is also guaranteed for this purpose if, on September 30, 2026 , the conditions inherent in the bonuses have not yet been met.
In addition to the aforementioned amount, a counterpart of SPORTING CLUBE DE BRAGA – FUTEBOL, SAD corresponds to 10% of the goodwill in a future transfer (Sale for a fee of 10% on the amount in excess of the amounts paid by OLYMPIQUE DE MARSEILLE SASP to SPORTING CLUB DE BRAGA – FOOTBALL, SAD).
Finally, SPORTING CLUBE DE BRAGA – FUTEBOL, SAD also guaranteed the right to buy back the rights to the player for the amount of €60,000,000.00 (sixty million euros) plus 10% of the capital gain in a future transfer.
The solidarity mechanism due to third clubs is added to the mentioned amount and is the responsibility of OLYMPIQUE DE MARSEILLE SASP.
The transfer of the player entails for SPORTING CLUBE DE BRAGA – FUTEBOL, SAD fees with mediation services in the amount of 05% (five percent) of the value of the transfer, excluding the solidarity mechanism.
