In our review, Felipe Gugelmin praises the stylized effects, responsive gameplay, and wide variety of cars and parts. On the other hand, the open world has few interesting activities, a campaign that develops separately from multiplayer and police chases, which become annoying after a while.
“The game is a fun racing experience that brings something different than other games to the style. While I would have liked to see more elements with the development studio’s face and an even greater addition of stylized visuals in a sequel, Unbound served to prove that Need for Speed still has a place in the world of modern racing games.”
Need for Speed Unbound is available for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The news listed here arrives for free on March 21st.
The new game evolves the gameplay of Need for Speed Heat, but does not justify its open world
