Gwyneth Paltrow is once again in the crosshairs of netizens and not for the best of reasons. After all, the actress and founder of Goop is known for her out-of-the-box products – like vagina-scented candles or the golden dildo – and for her unusual opinions. The latest incident? The 50-year-old businesswoman begins by saying that she has dinner early, around six in the afternoon, and that she lives in Intermittent fasting from 7 pm to 12 am the next day. “In the morning, I usually drink coffee or a celery juice with lemon or just lemon water,” to keep my blood sugar from spiking, and I meditate, as my husband, Brad Falchuk, explains. He also exercises before lunch: “I try to one hour drive. I go for a walk, do pilates or my routine Tracy Anderson,” fitness expert. They are very important to my detox.” The paleo diet is based on the foods that people ate during Paleolithic, such as meat, fish, seasonal fruits and vegetables and nuts, excluding processed products, dairy or grains. “It was hard at first when I thought, ‘Oh, I’m going to have to cut out all the joys and delights,’ and that’s not true. There are so many ingredients that burst with flavor—peppers, herbs, and lemon. Especially with foods like Mexican or Asian. flavors, I think if we have dinner at our house, most of us, when our friends show up, have no idea that they are eating healthy food or that it is old.”On social media, many people, including alleged nutritionists, revealed the risks of the actress’ diet, clarifying that bone broth is not a balanced meal, that Gwyneth was not taking in enough calories during the day, especially if she exercises regularly, and that a cup of coffee or juice does not count as breakfast-lunch, especially as the coffee is an appetite suppressant.
